I was pretty sore when I woke up this morning. I got up at 8:30 and went to eat breakfast. Before practice Joe and I lifted. The morning work out was all technique. We split into two groups, upper weight and lower weights. Kevin had one group going over clinch techniques and Mike Van Arsdale, Army's world Class athlete programs coach, when over defense on the bottom. We went about 45 minutes and then switched groups.
After practice I went to eat lunch. While in the Cafe a few of us played Dominoes. Then I came back to my room and played video games.
For our afternoon workout, we warmed up on our own. Everyone went over their own technical things and then we wrestled. We had three 9 minutes matches. The matches were 2 minutes on our feet and the thirty seconds on top and thirty seconds on bottom. After each period we took a short break I wrestled Joe the first match, Tim Hartung the second, and Daniel Cormier the third. After the wrestling we conditioned and cooled down. I was really tired after the workout. I took a while and stretched out.
After i stretched and showered I went to eat. When I finished eating I came back to my room and relaxed for a while. Daniel, Stephen and I went to see Austin Powers. I thought it was great. We laughed through out the entire movie. I will probably see it again. After the movie I came back to the training center and watched a little tv and went to bed.
