July 28th

Today I woke up at 9:30 and  I went to eat breakfast.  The morning workout was and optional work out.  Some guys lifted, some ran, and some got on the mats.  Kevin put me through about 20 minutes of drills.  I went to eat lunch  after practice.  I played some dominoes in the cafe after I ate.  Then I went back to my room and played some play station football and basketball until practice.

The afternoon workout was pretty tough.  We warmed up and Kevin put us through some drills.  The we got in groups of three and and wrestled round robin (in for two and out for one) 1 1/2 minutes each go on our feet and 40 second go's on the mat.  We wrestled about 40 minutes total.  I wrestled on my feet with Joe and Steve Kovach, Naval Academy heavyweight, and on the mat with Joe and Tim Hartung.  After wrestling we did some conditioning and cooled down and that was the workout.  I stretched out and showered and went to the cafe to eat dinner.

I ate and we played dominoes in the cafe.  After that we just relaxed and hung out in the cafe for a while.  Then I went back to my room and watched tv, played play station.  I was up 'til about 1 am because I was not tired.  When I was about to go to bed, I remembered all my workout clothes need to be washed.  So I had to go put my clothes in the wash.  I played football on the play station until the wash was done and then I put my clothes in the dryer and went to bed.
