August 19

I had a great nights sleep last night.  I woke up at 8:30 this morning.  Kevin and I went to eat a little before we lifted.  I met Dominic in the weight room at 9:30.  We had a really good lift.

Kevin and I went back to the cafeteria to eat again.  We ate kind of fast, and I came back up to my room to relax.  I was kind of tired, even though I slept well last night.  So I just relaxed for a while, and then I went back to eat lunch.  There were a few guys in the cafe, so I hung out there for a while just talking and making jokes.

After I left the cafe, I came back up to my room and played some video games.  I only played for like 20 minutes, and I started getting tired.  I laid down to watch some tv, and I ended up falling asleep for about an hour.  I woke up right before the afternoon workout.

The workout in the afternoon was focused on testing our conditioning.  We warmed up, drilled technique for a while and wrestled.  We wrestled an 8 minute match, and 5 minute match, and a 3 minute match.  After that we did some conditioning.  I felt good wrestling, and I can feel myself climbing to where I need to be in order to win in Sydney.

After practice, I went to eat.  I was not feel like eating, so I just hung out in the cafe until I got hungry.  I ate a little but I planned to go back a little later to eat more.  I played some more video then went to eat again.

After I ate I came up to my room and watched tv and relaxed.  Tomorrow I have the day off from lifting and one work out on the mat, so I will be able to sleep in.  I am looking forward to that.
