August 20th
 

I woke up at 9:30 this morning.  I went to the cafe to eat breakfast and then went to practice.  We warmed up and drilled on our own for about 10 minutes.  Then Tom put us through drills.  We took a short break and then wrestled on the mat for about 15 minutes.  We cooled down on our own.  I showered and went to the cafe to eat.  I played some dominoes in the cafe then went back to my room to relax.  I hung out and watched tv until practice.

The afternoon work out was two matches.  We warmed up on our own and drilled for a while.  Then wrestled our matches.  I wrestled Tommy Rowlands the first match and David Rechul the second.  After the matches, Tom put us through a sprint work out on the bike.  When the workout was done, i stretched out and cooled down.  After that, I went to the cafe to eat dinner, and hung out and played dominoes.

A bunch of us went to play mini golf. It was fun, I have not played mini golf in like 5 years.  After mini golf, we came back to the training center and played UNO.  We played for a while then watched tv and just relaxed.
