I woke up around 8 and went to eat.  I went to lift weights.  Before I lifted , I called Joe Bastardi and talked to him for a while.  We talked about training and just caught up since we have not talked in a while.  After I lifted, I came back to my room and watched tv.

I went back to the cafe around 11:30 to eat lunch.  There were a few guys down there so I hung out and talked for a while.

My body was starting to feel better, so when I got to practice in the afternoon, I was looking to have a good workout.  We warmed up on our own and then Bruce put us through some drills, and we got ready to wrestle.  I wrestled with Jon Trenge( 197 lber form Lehigh) and John Testa, Matt Brink came in for a couple also.  I felt ok when we started, but I got a little tired during the workout.  We wrestled 12 1 minute periods on our feet, with the Olympian staying in the whole time.  I know that when competition comes I will definitely be in the best shape of my life, because of how we are training.

After wrestling on our feet, we wrestled 8 forty second periods on the mat.  I worked on my defense the entire time.  I felt good and wrestled well.

When I finished wrestling, we did some conditioning and I got stretched out.  After showering, I went to eat.

I went to see a movie last night.  We saw Bring It On.  It was pretty good, worth seeing.  The theater was packed, I could not believe how many people were there.  Of course most of the people were little kids and their parents.  It kind of brought back some memories for me.  My high school cheerleading team won a few national championships, and they went through some of the things from the movie.

After the movie, I went by Kenny Johnson's, one of the resident wrestlers here, house.  It was his birthday so he had a few people over his house.  I only stayed until about 11:30 and came back to my room.

Tomorrow is my day off from lifting and we have practice at 3:30, so I will get to relax all morning and get ready for practice.
