I woke up this morning pretty early. It was like 7 am but I laid in bed until about 8. I got up and went to the cafe to eat. Then I went to lift.
The first day of camp went well. In the morning we had a meeting and went over what the camp will be like. Then Kevin put us through a warm up. After we were warm Kevin put us through some drills on our feet and on the mat. The workout was about an hour long.
Between workouts I slept.
In the afternoon we warmed up on our own and drilled for about 20 minutes. The workout was 5 three minute periods and 10 thirty second periods on the mat.
After practice I went to the mall for a little while and then came back to the training center and ate dinner.
