I got up around 8:00 this morning. I got up earlier because I was going to run sprints today, and I wanted to give myself more time to recover between my lift and the sprints. I went to get a little to eat and went to lift. I got a good lift in. I went a little lighter today, because my back was sore. The sprint work out was good also. I pushed it hard and felt good. I also brought water to the track so I would be able to get re-hydrated right away and decrease the chance of cramping later.
I got some lunch and went back to my room and relaxed until practice.
Practice was good. We wrestled two 10 minutes on our feet and and about 20 minutes on the mat. After I did some conditioning and hit the showers.
After practice I went to eat and hung out in the cafe for a while. I also played some pool in the rec. room for a while. I came back to my room after playing pool, and just relaxed for the rest of the night.
Tomorrow we are wrestling matches in the morning and the afternoon, so I need to get some good rest.
