I woke up at 8 this morning.  I got something to eat and  I went to the training room to get some heat and stretch.  I went to the weight room and did an agility workout.  It was a combination of foot speed drills and and some conditioning drills.  It was pretty tough, my legs were really sore after the work out.  I went to the training room to get my legs rubbed out.  After that I went to eat lunch.

We had another meeting with the Sports Psychologist this afternoon.  Today we talked about some preparation strategies and dealing with adversity.  It was pretty interesting.  She use the movie "Apollo 13" to help illustrate how to deal with different situations.

When the meeting ended we looked out the window and it was hailing like crazy.  It came down for about 20 minutes.  Then it thunder stormed for about another hour.  The power went out about 5 times during the storm.  It really was bad for our video game playing.  I was playing Joe Williams (76 kg world team member) in football and we had to restart three times.  After the third time we lost power we gave up on trying to play.

I took the afternoon off from working out.  I watched the other guys work out and then went to eat.  We were going to try to catch a movie tonight but we decided to just hang out and relax.  I played a few video game and work on my computer for a little while.  I also watched a little tv, and that's about it for today.
