It was a little tired this morning when I got up. I knew I have to get over it, because we were wrestling matches.  I went over to the training room to get heat to loosen me up before practice.

I got to the wrestling room about 8:45.  I was planning on wrestling the first match right at 9, so I had 15 minutes to get ready.  I warmed up good, but probably could have done more to get ready.  I wrestled Nik Fekete(197 lber from Michigan State).  I wrestled well and felt good.  We wrestled two matches and that was the workout for the morning.  After wrestling I went in to get a lift in.  I was tired from the matches, so I lifted a little lighter, but it was a good one none the less.

After the morning workout I ate and came back to my room and slept until the afternoon practice.  The afternoon workout was the same as the morning.  I warmed up and drilled, then I wrestled two matches.  I wrestled Tolly Thompson the first match and Steve Mocco the second.  I felt really good during my matches.  If I wrestle like I did today in Sydney I will be tough to beat.

After the matches I did some conditioning and hit the showers.  I got some food and came back to my room.  I went to see "Bless the Child" tonight.  It was good, more of a meaningful movie then and entertaining movie.  If you have a strong religious belief I think you will enjoy it.

After the movie I came back to my room and just chilled out.

Tomorrow we are on our own in the morning and we are wrestling matches in the afternoon.  I am going to lift in the morning and be ready to wrestle hard in the afternoon.
