I got up around 9 am today. I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I really need to go get some food for my house.
I was starting to pick up my training again, so I have to get my body back into the groove of getting up early. I went in to lift weights at around 10:30 am. I ran into a few guys from the team and talked with them for a while.
After lifting I went to play golf. I only got in nine holes today. It was really hot outside. I did not play as well as I would have liked, but at least I got out.
After playing golf, I went to workout again. Since it was he first time back on the mats in a week, I just wanted to work on some technique. Just enough to break a sweat and get my body back into wrestling. I drilled for about 30 minutes with Rob Rohn, our 184 lb. wrestler and stretched. It felt good to be back on the mat.
I came home after my work out, and just chilled out. Its nice to be able to relax and not have to worry about to much. It makes it easier to stay focused on my goals. I played a few video games, watched a little tv and of course checked email and surfed the web. I think I decided on a video camera, but I still have to make a final decision. I hope to find one before friday, so I came test it out during the Penn State Wrestling Golf Tournament I am playing in on Saturday. I like to be able to get things like that on video, so I can look back down the road and remember the fun I had.
