Today we ran the Cog Trail. Well I walked most of it. I got up at 9 this morning, got a quick bite to eat and we left. The cog trail is an incline at the base of Pikes Peak. Its about 10,000 feet to the top. It was definitely one of the toughest things I have done. It took me about 50 minutes to get to the top and about 30 to get back down. It was a great feeling to get to the top and look back down and see how far up I was.
After the run we came back to the training center. I got some lunch, took a shower and watched tv. I went to get a massage a little while later.
We started a "Gameday 2001" football tournament on the play station. We all went to Kevin Jackson's house to play. These really make camp interesting, because everyone playing talks trash until they get beat and then some guys still talk trash. The winner of the tournament get the bragging rights until the next tournament. Its a lot of fun.
After the tournament, I came back to the training center and watched a little tv. We have the morning off the mats, so I think I am just going to lift in the morning and be ready for the afternoon practice.
