This mornings work out was on our own, so I got up around 8:30 and lifted weights.  After lifting I went to eat.  I had some errands to run,  so i got them done before practice.

My back was a little sore this afternoon, so I went to the training room and put some heat on it to loosen it up before practice.  The work out was 2 matches with overtimes.  I warmed up and drilled then wrestled Tommy Rowlands and Dominic.  I felt really good and wrestled well also.  It was a good way to finish the cycle.  After the matches, I ran some sprints in the wrestling room.

I went to shower and eat after practice.  I really did not feel like eating much, so I went back to my room and laid down.  Next thing it was 11:30.  I got up and got some food and went back to bed.

The coaches said that this cycle was the most important cycle of our training, and I felt better than ever, so that is a good sign for the next few weeks.
