I got up today and got some breakfast.  I hung out around the house for most of the afternoon.

We had practice at 4.  Basically everyone is on their own from now on.  I warmed up and drilled with Dom.  I worked on a few things and felt really good.  After I got stretched.  We watched some of the Greco Roman matches, then I took a shower.

I came back to the house and watched a little TV.

I went downtown to hang out at the AT&T Family center.  Mike Van Arsdale, Jamil Kelly, and Kerry Boumans were there.  I ate and we hung out for the rest of the night.  It was a good time.

The next few days are when I really have to bear down and get serious.
