September 4th

I woke up this morning at 8.  I went to the training room to get some heat and get stretched out.  Kevin put me through drills for about 20 minutes.  A bunch of the guys went to a local health club for the morning workout.  I ended up going over there after I finished drilling.  When I got there most of the guys were playing basketball.  I shot around for a little while then watched them play for a while longer.  I came back to the training center and ate lunch.

I spent the afternoon playing video games and then I went to practice.  The afternoon workout was warm up on your own.   When I was warm I wrestled two ten minute matches, followed by ten clinches( when you start chest to chest with your opponent).  I felt good, but I was a little sore and forced a few positions that I did not need to.  Overall it was a good workout.  I have to make sure that I stay positive and focused these next few weeks.

Tonight I hung out in my room and played video games and watched tv.
